    Import the application inventory from LeanIX, ServiceNow or a spreadsheet. Set objectives, depth per system and coverage targets.

    Connect

    Grant read-only access. For on-premises SAP, a lightweight agent connects outbound only. Credentials stay in your vault.

    Collect

    Collectors read code, configuration, usage, interfaces and documents, and where you allow it, app screens through read-only scouting.

    Validate

    AI builds documentation and requirements on the evidence graph. Experts confirm, edit or reject claims in a ranked review queue.

    Publish

    Publish the knowledge base, arc42/C4, requirements and interface catalog. Re-runs flag drift and send changed claims back for review.
