Volgpunt turns the transcript of a youth-care conversation into text for each field of the consultant's own registration system, with commitments, the child's voice and safety points pulled out. Names are removed before anything is sent. Every sentence is traced back to the transcript, so the consultant proofreads instead of writing.

    Record the conversation with any recorder or phone and add the transcript to the family's case.

    Pseudonymise

    Names, places, addresses and numbers are replaced in the browser before anything is sent. The consultant checks the list; the mapping stays local.

    One AI call returns text for each field, plus actions, the child's voice, safety points, conflicting accounts and goals, each with a source label.

    Verify

    Without AI, every sentence and every quote of the child is traced to the transcript. Untraceable sentences are flagged for proofreading.
